We’ve got bikes, games, fishing gear, and everything you need to turn a campfire into dinner. Prefer a little less adventure? The grill’s got you.
Two bikes are ready for wandering, with downtown Appleton just a few blocks away. Take the scenic route. Or don't. You're on vacation.

Weather happens.
When Wisconsin gets ideas, things stay remarkably civilized inside the dome.
The heated backyard dome gives you somewhere to gather when Wisconsin weather has other ideas. Games, drinks and late-night conversations encouraged.

The walls have hobbies, too. Original and found artworks are tucked throughout the house. Some are easier to explain than others.

Records are meant to be played. SevenTwenty's vintage stereo and vinyl collection provide the soundtrack—just pick something good and drop the needle.

Game Night, Anyone?
The open dining and kitchen area is made for meals, games and groups that linger at the table. Extra seating is tucked away when the whole crew shows up.

Another favorite hangout,
even when it starts to get chilly. Our fire table, seasonal heat lamps and basket of comfy blankets can keep you nestled out most of the year.
Need a little more room to spread out? The downstairs lounge offers another place to gather, play a game or disappear from the rest of your group for a while.

Firewood’s on us.
Marshmallows optional.
No agenda required.
The backyard is equipped for evenings around the fire, with an outdoor fireplace, firewood, tools and a grill nearby. You supply the stories and questionable marshmallow technique.

A tucked-away chair, a good book and absolutely no reason to be productive.
Tucked beneath the trees, the backyard hanging chair is a very comfortable place to accomplish absolutely nothing. We recommend giving it a try.

Choose your century. Clawfoot tub, high-tank toilet, and old-school charm upstairs. Prefer modern? The downstairs bath
has you covered.
Prefer your bathroom a little less vintage? Head downstairs for the more modern option—same house, fewer reminders of another century.
